Service Description

These important issues are intertwined and interdependent, and include-considering the services of a geriatrician, how falling impacts the elderly, spotting and addressing dehydration, monitoring the intake of multiple medications for adverse effects, identifying frailty as an indicator at end of life, and why the elderly are at a higher risk when they check into the hospital. This workshop is for anyone interested in aging successfully!
