Available spots
Service Description
This is a foundational course that allows us to understand the prevalence of family caregiving and the importance of providing ourselves with good self-care to minimize the stress of caregiving. The topic of self-care will be unpacked, identifying where you can start to make small changes to your everyday life and well-being. Statistics displaying the unparallelled increase in chronic conditions family caregivers experience over their non-caregiver peers will be discussed, as will, how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals so that you can start to see immediate results! This course offers a deeper look of the topics discussed in the Lunch and Learn events.
